Product Overview
The Cover Gas Identification O₂ Pad is a component of the Flow Meter Module. The Flow Meter Module of anesthesia delivery system has housings, O-rings, flow tubes, and labels. The flow meter label comes with different colors for the identification of type of gas filled on the cylinder. This particular label is an identification of O₂, hence it has been color coded green. Similarly yellow, white and blue colors are applicable for different gases. This particular artwork will be embossed on the gas identification covers surface. This gas identification cover is constructed of ABS Cycolac-MG38 or LTL GPA100 material. This material offers high rigidity and excellent impact resistance, which enables the cover to last for a long period of time. In this artwork the name of the fluid will be centered above ring, and the index should be the type of fluid "O₂" with the dimension of 4.7 mm, including the subscript. The stock number is printed at the top of the gas identification cover with dimension 1.5 mm. The artwork includes a symbol of a cylinder with the dimension of 9 mm. Both indexes should be colored in PMS Black. The other applications of this cover is in the anesthesia gas scavenging systems of ARC Aestiva 7100, Anesthesia Other, ARC Aestiva MRI and Aestiva Compact machines.
