The Paper Tray Case 8000 is used in MAC 500, which is part of the Diagnostic ECG system. It is attached at the bottom side of the Modular MAC trolley and hung with a bracket using mounting buttons. The main role of this tray is to hold the paper. The paper tray case is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a perfect fit of the tray as per the requirement. The products are made from a 1008 bright basic 10GA 3.43mm wire rod, which is a high grade material with very good mechanical properties, ensuring a long-life span for the components. The component is zinc plated with an epoxy powder coating, which has very good corrosion resistance. This part is free from free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the assembly. The tray paper case is being used in Assembly Case Series SD, Case Value, Assembly Case P2 Series FLT PNL DVI, GEN Assembly Case 8000 Stress, Case ES and CT Sytec 8000, among others.
