Product Overview

A Grease Gun is a tool use for lubrication purposes. The purpose is to apply a lubricant through an opening at a specific point. It is hand powered, where the grease is pushed out from the gun due to back pressure created by pulling the trigger mechanism of the gun, which applies force to a spring behind the grease. The head of the grease gun is manufactured by die casting process and the material used is zinc. The pipe connected to the head has a 4 inch length and it is made of metal. This gun uses standard 3 ounce grease cartridges and is the ideal tool for smaller and occasional lubrication projects. It is used in bearing lubrication to separate the bearings moving relative to one another in order to reduce friction and wear. The handle model has a pistol grip which makes for easier lubricant delivery from the cartridge. The 4 inch metal pipe enlarges at the end to deliver high pressure grease to the required surface.
