Product Overview

The Magnet Bracket is used for holding sensor magnets to stationary rails. The bracket is made from high grade aluminum. The bracket is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The bracket is used in XF Precision 500D, NM Discovery NM/CT 670, XR Proteus XR/a, XF Legacy and many other products. The high dimensional stability of the bracket ensures its perfect fit in the required assembly. The aluminum material used for the bracket has good mechanical properties like high tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance which ensures a long-life span for the bracket. The bracket possesses a high strength to weight ratio. The bracket is also sulfuric anodized to enhance its properties. The bracket is free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the bracket. The sulfuric anodizing process involves forming a layer of aluminum oxide on the surface of the parts. This oxide layer provides greater abrasion resistance as well increased corrosion protection.
