The Washer Plain - Large 4.3mm x 12mm is a washer that has a centrally located hole that allows a fastener to pass through easily onto other side. They are used to protect the surfaces from damage by offering space between the surface and fastener. They are also used to smooth out uneven surfaces before a fastener is inserted into the surface. This plain washer is made of steel with large dimensions. The zinc coating on the surface creates an enhanced corrosion resistant layer thus ensuring safer usage of washer in an environment of moisture and gases with varying temperatures. The manufacturing process helps to achieve good product consistency and high dimensional accuracy, which ensures a precise fit of the part in the required assembly.
