The Ball Bearings are commonly used as rollers or wheels to provide linear motion for medical products. The linear ball bearings consist of a polymer cage with steel raceway segments to guide and recirculate the ball sets within the complete cage. The intended use of this bearing is to reduce rotational friction and to support radial and axial loads. During operation the load is shared across the balls, and it provides linear motion in one direction. The high-grade materials used for bearing balls and races has good mechanical properties like tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance which ensures a long-life span for the part. The lubrication helps to dissipate heat and reduce friction. It has an excellent strength and fatigue life. The deep groove ball bearings provide a larger area of contact that delivers high performance and high load capacity. These are used in standard X-Ray equipments ranges from no motion at all to all electrical synchronized motion. It consists of patient tables. The ceiling supported X-Ray tubes and wall stands with high flexibility as well as all-in-solutions.
