Visão geral do produto
A Fuse is an safety device used to protect an electrical circuit from higher current. It has a strip of wire that melts and breaks an electric circuit when the current exceeds a desired level. Regular fuses are always connected in series with components to be protect from overcurrent, so when the fuse blows (opens) it will open the circuit and stop any current through the components. Regular fuses do not allow for any spike over the current rating of the fuse. A time delay fuse, sometimes known as an anti-surge or slow blow fuse, allows a surge in electricity for a short time before the fuse actually blows. They are well suited for electronics as they allow the initial surge of power without destroying the circuit. With advanced material technology the fuse provides IEC Type 2 No Damage protection to main, feeder, and branch circuits, for all types of loads - yet, they require only half the mounting space needed for 600VAC other fuses. This fiberglass body time delay fuse is compatible to be used with GE's Discovery 750w GEM 3.-T and Discovery 750 3.0T Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Systems.
