Product Overview
The IDC Dione 5 Not loaded is used in the IDC Dione which comes under the modality of Mammography. This assembly consists of wall mount assembly, cables, processor, hard disk, passive backplane, DIMM, HDD Sata, Gitane 12 board and Fiber-channel interface board. The hard disk for this assembly is equipped with a serial ATA (SATA) interface. This interface is connected to the Second Connector on the CPU board using a serial ATA cable. The DVD ROM drive will be connected to Second Connector off the CPU board with an IDE cable. The DVD ROM drive will be recognized as master on the IDE Channel bus. The DVD ROM drive will be connected to First SATA connector of CPU board with an SATA cable. The DVD ROM drive shall be recognized as slave on the IDE Channel bus. Update the bios settings. Gitane board needs to be connected to power supply for proper functioning. CPU board shall be located in the slot PCIMG2 (top slot). The FCIB board shall reside in PCI slot 2, the Gitane board in PCI slot 3. The parallel port connector takes PCI slot 1, PCI slot 4 is kept free for future extensions. All the full-length cards in the system shall be held with the metal bar using appropriate rubber stubs or similar thing to prevent card dislocation. The PC is equipped with 2 GB of RAM, divided into 2 modules of 1GB each. They shall be placed into the green slots, named DIMM1 and DIMM3 on the CPU board. The hard drive is mounted below the DVD ROM drive. The GE product is an innovation and fit well into versatile customer needs.
