The 2.5" 500GB SATA Hard Disk Drive (HDD) is an internal hard drive which is the primary storage device located inside a computer system. It usually contains pre-installed software applications, the operating system and other files. Most desktop computers have several internal hard drives, allowing them to provide greater data storage. The capacity of this hard disk is 250GB to 500GB with 7200 RPM speed and a 6 GB/s SATA interface and 32MB cache buffer. The read and write latency of the HDD is 4.2 milliseconds. The drive Interface of this hard disk is Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) which is used to connect ATA hard drives to a computer's motherboard. The SATA interface connects each disk drive in a point-to-point configuration with the SATA host adapter. This interface provides easy installation and configuration with true plug-and-play connectivity. And also thinner and more flexible cabling with higher performance. This device is being used in UL LOGIQ V5, UL LOGIQ S8, MR Signa Profile 0.2T, UL Vivid S5, UL Voluson S8 and many other systems because of its unique features and operational efficiency.
