Product Overview
The Top Cover is constructed from the a Novodur P2 HAT (or Bayer) material. Bayer material has high score impact strength. There is no change of dimensions seen during exposure to water or any deformation variations in solid material when the temperature increases, it has very high dimensional accuracy and stability and heat resistance levels up to 148° C. The Bayer material is resistant to ignition sources and have electrical insulation. It has the ability to withstand weather conditions. They are largely used in many applications, especially for medical engineering applications, food productions, sport articles and oven casings. The texture method in the visible surfaces is seen either as photo etched or eroded. Remaining surfaces will be either machined or eroded. General draft angle for cover top is measured as 3°. This involves of injection molding process, which can be molded to form any shapes, even it is a complex one with accurate details. Injection molding process is reliable and efficient. The surface finish of the product will be excellent and it has high production rate. They can be recycled and have low labor cost with good dimensional accuracy.
